Strength, Speed & Power Development Training
Comprehensive sports performance programs designed to develop fundamental movement patterns and basic strength for long-term development of Jr. High athletes of all sports.
Groups are intentionally kept small (Maximum of 12 athletes) to ensure that athletes are provided a safe training environment that allows them to receive proper coaching from our highly qualified sports performance staff.
Each program starts and ends with performance testing and becomes progressively more challenging as athletes advance in training ability. Games and competitions are regularly used to teach competitiveness and teamwork, while also developing natural athletic ability.
Dates: June 5 – August 8
Days: Every Monday and Wednesday from 9-10am
Session One: (June 5 – June 26) $199 = (8 Sessions x $25 per session)
Session Two: (July 10 – Aug 9) $199 = (8 sessions x $25 per session
Both Session One and Two: $360 = (18 sessions x $20 per session)
