Bo Jackson Throwing Program

Are you an athlete who wants to develop to be the best version of yourself? If so, the Bo Jackson Throwing Program is the program for you. The Bo Jackson Throwing Program will prepare your body through a dynamic warm up and mobility circuit to help you move better. Plyometrics will be incorporated to help you move explosively. Plyo balls and long toss will be used to strengthen your arm before getting DIRECT instruction on the mound. We will test various measures of data multiple times throughout the program. Halfway through your program will become individualized for you so you learn to move your body optimally. We know this will conflict with summer schedules and your summer games. Communication on when you pitch and how your arm feels is of great importance. Because of this, Mondays will be our drill days and Wednesdays will be our mound work days.
