2023 “Stay Sharp” Workouts
Do you get the proper amount of swings and attention during the week at your practices? We’ve designed the “Stay Sharp” program for the high school athlete who doesn’t want their off-season work to go to waste. The Cangelosi Baseball staff will direct this 8-week program that focuses on keeping your game consistent throughout your high school season.

- Hitting prep-work & dynamic hitters warmup
- Velocity/machine & realistic timing training
- Pull side, middle & opposite field training
- Overload & underload training
- Situational hitting
- Progress tracking with Rapsodo Hitting technology (various weeks)
Format
- 45 minutes of in-cage hitting instruction
- 45 minutes of on-field defensive drills

Ages: 7th Grade – High School players
Dates: March 12 – May 7, Sundays (off 4/9)
Times: 1:30 – 3 PM
