Program Description:
This pitchers development program gives athlete the ability to utilize the Bo Dome Development Lab. This program will feature open hours 3-8pm Monday-Friday. Each athlete will begin with an assessment that will be retested periodically. The focus of this program will begin with laying the foundation for an overall better athlete. Followed by developing a better pitcher by using Rapsodo and Trackman. Players will receive customized throwing and mechanical programs.

- Build quality movement patterns

- Initial scheduled assessments (Saturdays 9am, 10am or 11am)
