There will be workouts at the following times:

Mondays: 4-8PM

Tuesdays: 4-7PM

Wednesdays: 4-8PM

Thursdays: 4-7PM

Fridays: 4-6PM

Saturdays: 9-10PM


Summer Hours (Beginning June 6)

Mondays: 9AM-12PM and 2-7PM

Tuesdays: 9AM-12PM and 2-7PM

Wednesdays: 2-7PM

Thursdays: 9AM-12PM and 2-7PM

Fridays: 9AM-12PM
