There will be workouts at the following times (Beginning August 15):
Mondays: 4-7 PM
Tuesdays: 4-7 PM
Wednesdays: 4-7 PM
Thursdays: 4-7 PM
Fridays: 4-6 PM
Saturdays: 9-11 AM
Summer Hours (Beginning June 6)
Mondays: 9AM-12PM and 2-7PM
Tuesdays: 9AM-12PM and 2-7PM
Wednesdays: 2-7PM
Thursdays: 9AM-12PM and 2-7PM
Fridays: 9AM-12PM
