Lower Extremity Injury Prevention Program

Ohio State Sports Performance is excited to invite your athletes to participate in our flagship sports performance and prevention programming. Through an expertly designed training program, we will work with your athlete to improve lower body strength, control
and landing mechanics. This type of training has been shown to decrease risk of lower extremity injury and improve overall sports performance.

What’s Included: (2) 45-60 minutes per week, 6 consecutive weeks

Dates: February 7 – March 16

Days: Monday and Wednesday

Time: 5:30 – 6:30 PM

Location: Bo Jackson’s Elite Sports

Cost: $420
