7U BJE Developmental Team
Our 7U development teams are designed to instill a love of the game of baseball at an early age. This will be an academy program with a heavy focus on development, drill work, and repetitions that culminates in local game play. We will be holding a free open house/tryout for all interested players on July 6th from 6:30-8pm. Please register below to receive more information!
7U Developmental Team Focus:
- Proper throwing instruction
- Fundamental fielding instruction
- Learning the basics of base running
- Hitting instruction
- Use of the Bo Dome and state-of-the-art facility
- Local game play

Our 7U program will be led by Will Tollison.
Will Tollison brings with him nearly 20yrs of coaching experience, ranging from 7u to collegiate baseball. Will, who had a decorated playing career at Oakland University (Rochester, MI) partnered with the travel baseball organization the Michigan Bulls and directed their HS Division for a number of years. During that time, Will’s teams were often recognized as not only premier for the state of Michigan but nationally as well. During this time, Will also served as The Bullpen Baseball Academy’s Co-Director of Baseball Operations- helping organize youth camps, clinics, partnerships with the Detroit Tigers and other pertinent aspects to the business. In Will’s coaching tenure, 80+ players received D1 scholarships and 25 others were taken in the MLB Draft or signed as Free Agents. Most recently, Will served as a 7u Dublin travel coach and will be overseeing the 7U Bo Jackson program in 2024.
